Project Summary
The “University Enterprise Zone” was a high-level refurbishment project carried out on behalf of Queen Mary University of London within the Queen Mary Bio-Enterprises Innovation Centre. The works included a full revised layout of around 540m2 across the lower ground and mezzanine level including new finishes and refurbishment of the M&E system. The recently completed state-of-the-art, modern facilities now aim to attract early-stage digital health and bio-engineering businesses to occupy the space.
The space is a mix of open hot-desking, private offices and touch-down pod seats. The facilities include 2 kitchens, alongside a coffee station within the breakout area.
