Project Summary
Since 2013, Fusion has acted as the College’s lead property advisor on a wide range of matters. As with many new clients, Fusion’s initial commission involved the preparation of the College’s new Estates Strategy which led to implementation of several capital projects across three sites. Fusion’s advice has also extended to: the preparation of several successful capital funding bids; acting as client advisor on the construction of two new buildings – the Professional Studies Centre and Gateway Building (combined project value of £11M); undertaking an option appraisal for the Leigh campus; and completion of a feasibility study for the Wigan School of Arts.
