Director
Stuart Markham – BSc (Hons) MAPM
Stuart originally studied for a BSc in Construction Business Management, subsequently becoming a member of the Association of Project Management. He is now a Director of Project Management and has 20 years’ experience of acting as strategic and construction project manager.
Stuart’s approach is to immerse himself in each commission, taking ownership and responsibility, securing long term client relationships that put the client at the centre of the service, working with some clients for the whole of his career.
Stuart has been responsible for the implementation of an extensive portfolio of new build and refurbishment construction projects ranging in value up to £100M. A particular specialism is providing advice to public sector client’s and helping them define and deliver complex estates strategies which often focus on maximising the value of capital assets and investment and securing capital funding.

Project Manager
Vicky Hempel
Vicky has spent 15 years within the public sector. She relocated to Surrey nearly 10 years ago and has worked in Further Education for most of this time. She understands the constraints and processes associated with both Public Sector and Further Education. Vicky studied for an HNC in Construction & the Built Environment.

Assistant Project Manager
Victoria Blanks
Vick brings a decade of experience from the Metropolitan Police Service to her role as an Assistant Project Manager at Fusion, which she started in June 2023. Victoria has a 2.1 Honours Degree from The University of Kent and has recently completed the Association For Project Management ‘ Project Fundamentals Qualification ’.
Since joining Fusion, she has contributed to various projects for Kent County Council and supported several construction initiatives within the education sector across London’s Tri-borough area.
Vick is actively enhancing her expertise in project management. In her personal time, she enjoys family and friends’ company, cooking and walking her dog.

Project Manager
William Bedwell
Will has 4 and half years experience in public services before joining Fusion in October 2022 as an Assistant Project Manager.
Since joining Will has been involved with a number of projects including projects in St. Albans, Surrey and Oxford, and looks forward to gaining further experience in Project Management.
Will looks to build a strong working relationship with clients and consultants to achieve the required outcomes.
Outside of work Will enjoys travelling & carrying out DIY projects at home & in the garden.
