Matthew is a much respected Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in property consultancy. Matthew started his career by originally studying Town and Country Planning at University before completing a post graduate degree in Property Development and Planning.
Over the last 20 years Matthew has advised a wide range of clients on their estate-related matters including developing Property Strategies, efficiency and utilisation reviews and capital funding advice. More recently acting as lead advisor on the property aspects of college mergers.
Throughout his career, Matthew has had a keen interest in urban regeneration and how the quality of the built environment influences participation in post-16 education. Outside of work Matthew enjoys all things outdoors, especially fell running, cycling and walking his Springer Spaniel.
