Felicity studied at the University of Portsmouth, achieving a BSc degree accredited by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. Subsequently, Felicity has worked in project management since 2011, and has successfully achieved an MSc in Construction Project Management, accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Throughout Felicity’s career, she has been involved in detailed roles for all main areas of the design and construction process, specialising in construction project management in both the private residential and education sectors, delivering capital projects from inception to occupation. As a technical individual, her meticulous approach to project planning also ensures that all critical activities are noted, monitored and actioned.

In Felicity’s time at Fusion, she has proven experience in the delivery of a refurbishment and regeneration of two Grade I listed libraries and external works to the Canterbury Quadrangle, and associated teaching space at St John’s College, Oxford. Felicity is further assisting this client with a range of master planning, refurbishment, and new build projects in excess £70m in value.

Felicity has also been responsible for a range of completed projects, inclusive of a multi phased redevelopment up to the value of the £63m, including student accommodation and teaching new build structures. Further, the delivery of an £11m new build SEN school, funded by the Department for Education, but self-delivered by Local Authority. Felicity’s skills in stakeholder management have been key to the successful delivery of this project.
