Charlie joined Fusion in October 2025, shortly after completing his degree apprenticeship in Civil Engineering. He brings five years of experience in highway design and transport planning, having previously worked as a Highway Engineer supporting the design and delivery of Section 278 and Section 38 highway schemes.
Since joining Fusion, Charlie has supported project leads in the delivery and management of projects for both public and private sector clients across a range of sectors. His technical background in highways and transportation complements his project management experience, giving him a strong understanding of design, technical coordination and project delivery.
Charlie is working towards achieving his MRICS qualification as he continues to develop his career in project management and the property and development sector.
Outside of work, Charlie enjoys a range of sports and keeping active. He also has a passion for music and regularly DJs and promotes his own house music events.
