Chris is a Chartered Member of the RICS and has a BSc in Construction Consultancy Management from Greenwich University. As an Associate Director, Chris has over 12 years of experience delivering strategic and construction project management services across a range of clients.
Having worked extensively with the Local Authorities and The Department for Education, Chris has a strong experience in delivering education projects including School’s and Further Education provision.
Chris has been responsible for the implementation of new build and refurbishment projects ranging in value up to £32m, including complex inner-city developments.
Experienced in procuring works via a range of routes including OEJU, Frameworks and Bespoke, along with their delivery via a broad range of contract types including JCT, NEC, DFE and bespoke forms of contract.
