Lauren has been with Fusion since 2015, joining as an Assistant Project Manager before working her way up to becoming a PM herself. Having previously worked for a supplier in the construction industry, Lauren has experience working on both the client and contractor side of a project team.
Since joining Fusion, Lauren has worked on a range of refurbishment and new build projects ranging up to a value of £11m in the education, commercial, residential and healthcare sectors. Alongside her project work, she has also achieved her certification in RICS Construction Project Management Instance 2.
Lauren’s approach is to fully commit herself to the project and to be organised and thorough to ensure that all actions are recorded, tracked and closed. This has allowed her to create a reputation with her clients as a dedicated and reliable Project Manager.
