Marilyn is a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager who has successfully managed multi-faceted and complex projects for over 15 years. Her background is primarily within the local authority housing sector delivering major refurbishment projects between £2M – £47M per annum.

To date her projects include the re-cladding of three high rise occupied residential tower blocks with Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) cladding as that present at the devastating fire at Grenfell Tower.

During the last year, Marilyn has worked with Transport for London’s (TfL) Property and Accommodation team undertaking all financial monitoring and control for over 150 staff moves to facilitate the disposal of a building. Currently, Marilyn is responsible for the project governance and single point of control for the planning and re-opening of four University campuses due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Marilyn leads by example and is proud to have been a Women in Construction Awards Finalist.

Whilst most of Marilyn’s time is devoted to her young family, she enjoys art and life drawing classes along with socialising with her friends and city breaks.
