Dan’s project experience ranges from small refurbishments to large new builds and multi-phased redevelopments up to a value of £80m, working for clients in the FE, HE and commercial sectors. His approach is to build strong relationships with clients and working to ensure that their key project drivers are met, whilst being proactive in finding solutions to any project challenges that may arise. Dan also provides strategic advice for clients, including property strategy capital funding bid support.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys watching football and is a lifelong supporter of Newcastle United, despite being born in Essex.
