Kim joined Fusion in summer 2022, bringing with her valuable experience as an Assistant Project Manager and CAD Technician. With a strong foundation in architecture, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Technology and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Building Information Modelling and Management.
Since joining Fusion, Kim has contributed to a diverse portfolio of capital projects across multiple sectors, including education, commercial, and new-build housing. Her project experience ranges from smaller-scale developments, such as a £100k new-build equestrian arena at a private school, to larger, high-value schemes involving redevelopment and new construction projects worth up to £15m.
Kim values the opportunity to combine her academic studies with hands-on experience, as it allows her to apply newly acquired skills directly to live projects. She particularly enjoys the initial design and concept stages of a project, as well as the construction phase and collaborating with on-site teams.
Outside of work, Kim has a passion for travel, cooking, and hosting memorable events for friends and family.
